A warm welcome to Rachel Groome Counselling
Why Counselling?
Sometimes things in life can become overwhelming and too much to cope with but by taking the first step today, you can begin to unravel and make sense of the issues that are concerning you.
The first step is often the most scary, it’s the unknown and the thought of telling a complete stranger all your deepest darkest fears and being vulnerable. As a Person Centred counsellor, rest assured there will be no judgement with whatever is concerning you, and that this is a safe, calm and confidential space, going at your pace by beginning with the issues that are causing you the most upset. Contrary to what people may think, you don’t need to be at “breaking point” to have counselling but it can be a great tool to understand yourself better and to become more confident and resilient on life’s ever changing journey.
If you are interested in having counselling, I offer a 15 minute telephone consultation which will enable you to ask any initial questions that you may have in order to begin your counselling journey.
